Caspase-3/7 Inhibitor II Ac-Asp-Asn-Leu-Asp-aldehyde (pseudo acid) specifically interacts with the active site and inhibits the enzyme by binding to an aspartic acid residue at position D197 in human caspase 3. Caspase 3/7 Inhibitor II Ac-Asp-Asn-Leu-Asp-aldehyde (pseudo acid) is localized to mitochondria and binds to acetyldeviceine (acDEV), a substrate for caspases
