Descrizione:Cinnoline hydrochloride is a drug that blocks the formation of new blood vessels by inhibiting the production of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). This agent has been shown to be effective in preventing cancer, as well as decreasing the size of tumors and relieving symptoms caused by cancer. Cinnoline hydrochloride also has anti-inflammatory properties and can treat psychoses, such as schizophrenia. Cinnoline hydrochloride is an inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase, which is an enzyme that breaks down acetylcholine. It may also have some anti-angiogenic effects due to its ability to interact with nitric oxide synthases.
