Descrizione:N-dodecyltrimethoxysilane is a cationic surfactant that is used as a transport agent, particularly in the textile industry. It has been shown to be effective in reducing the surface tension of water and increasing the wetting properties of hydrophobic surfaces. N-dodecyltrimethoxysilane has also been shown to be an effective catalyst for the synthesis of zirconium oxide and other metal oxides.
