Descrizione:(2E)-2-[Hydroxy-[[(E)-2-Phenyl-2-Thiophen-2-Ylethenyl]Amino]Methylidene]-5-(Trifluoromethyl)-1-Benzothiophen-3-One is an inhibitor of the 5HT4 receptor. It has been shown to be effective in animal models of inflammatory diseases, such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia and leukotriene receptor antagonists. This drug has also been shown to have a clinically significant inhibitory effect on the production of aminotransferases (e.g., aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase), which are involved in liver metabolism. In addition, this drug has been shown to inhibit the growth factor erythropoietin and other cytokines implicated in autoimmune diseases and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
