Descrizione:7-Hydroxy-4-methoxy-6-azaindole (7HMAM) is an x-ray crystallographic reagent that is used to identify the positions of hydrolysis and demethylation on the molecule. It has been shown to be selective for x-ray diffraction studies of azaindoles, which allows it to be used as a transformation agent for other azaindoles. 7HMAM has been shown to be unambiguously identified in the crystal x-ray structure, which allowed scientists to use it in crystallography.
