Descrizione:(2S)-2-Methylpiperazinedihydrochloride is a diacylglycerol which is responsive to the polymerase chain reaction. It has been shown that this drug inhibits the ligation of DNA and RNA and inhibits the polymerase chain reaction. It also inhibits the production of extracellular Ca2+, which may be due to its ability to inhibit phosphatases. This drug has been shown to have dose-dependent effects on megakaryoblastic cells in culture, with low doses inducing proliferation and high doses causing apoptosis. The monoclonal antibody response is induced by phorbol esters such as phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA).
