Descrizione:Tramadol is a drug that has been shown to interact with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as diclofenac and ibuprofen. This interaction may lead to an increased risk of developing bowel disease. Tramadol also inhibits the activity of pro-apoptotic protein, which may be responsible for its analgesic effects. Tramadol is used in the treatment of infectious diseases and other conditions, including pain relief, depression, and anxiety disorders. It is also used to treat pain from cancer or other chronic diseases. It binds to the opioid receptors in the central nervous system and suppresses serotonin release in the spinal cord.
