The chemical structure of Oroxin B was found by LC-MS/MS analysis with a method consisting of preparative HPLC, titration calorimetry, analytical chemistry, and cell culture. This molecule is composed of baicalein-7-o-glucoside, which is the main active ingredient found in Oroxin A and Oroxin B.
