Descrizione:IDO-IN-3 is a ligand which binds to the Kv3.1 potassium channel, inhibiting its function. It is also an inhibitor of protein interactions and has been shown to activate certain types of ion channels. IDO-IN-3 can be used as a research tool in pharmacology, cell biology, and biochemistry. IDO-IN-3 is a high purity peptide that can be used to isolate antibodies against Kv3.1 potassium channels, or as a tool for antibody production in Cell Biology experiments. IDO-IN-3 is one of the most potent inhibitors of the Kv3.1 potassium channel with an IC50 value of 0.2 nM at 1 µM concentration in cell based assays.
