Description:1,1-Bis(4-aminophenyl)cyclohexane is a heterocyclic compound that can be synthesized by the cleavage of 1,2-diaminocyclohexane with sodium borohydride. It has been used as a precursor to other heterocycles such as bis(4-aminophenyl)methane and bis(4-aminophenyl)ethane. This molecule has two mesomeric forms which are due to the kink in the cyclohexane ring.
