Description:(R)-N-Methyl-3-(1-naphthoxy)-3-(2-thienyl)propylamine hydrochloride is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug that has been shown to be effective for the treatment of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and chronic low back pain. This drug can also be used for other inflammatory conditions such as psoriasis and Crohn's disease. The mechanism of action of (R)-N-Methyl-3-(1-naphthoxy)-3-(2-thienyl)propylamine hydrochloride is not fully understood. It may work by blocking the synthesis of prostaglandins in the body.
