Description:4,4'-Methylenebis(N,N-diglycidylaniline) is an epoxy resin with a molecular weight of 246. It has a high viscosity and thermal expansion coefficient. This product is used in coatings, adhesives, sealants and cements. The epoxy resin reacts with fatty acids to form polymeric matrices which can be used as binders for magnetic resonance imaging contrast agents. 4,4'-Methylenebis(N,N-diglycidylaniline) reacts with amines to form reactive products that are used in the production of polyurethanes.
