QuickRxn KpnI is capable of digesting DNA in 15 minutes or less with the flexibility to digest overnight without degradation to DNA. It is accompained with the specific QuickRxn Buffer to enable 100 % enzyme activity KpnI binds at the recognition sequence GGTACC and cleaves these sequences. It creates sticky ends. Not sensitive to dam, dcm or CpG methylation. It is derived from the E.coli strain encoding KpnI gene from Klebsiella pneumoniae OK8
