Additionally, NF-κB-IN-19 inhibits levels of VEGF and HIF-1α, exerting antiproliferative effects in tumor cells through the PI3K/AKT and STAT-3 pathways. It is also effective in overcoming cisplatin resistance and exhibits antitumor activity.
