CAS:[1,3']Bipyrrolidinyl (BPY) is an antibacterial agent that binds to the receptor site on bacteria and inhibits bacterial growth. It has been shown to be effective against a number of Gram-negative bacteria including Haemophilus influenzae, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. BPY has been found to hydrate at physiological pH and is eliminated from the body primarily in urine. BPY has also been found to have good plasma exposure due to its high lipid solubility. The affinity of BPY for bacterial ribosomes is greater than other antibacterial agents such as carboxylates or fluoroquinolones. The binding of BPY with bacterial ribosomes inhibits protein synthesis and cell division, leading to cell death by inhibiting the production of proteins vital for cell division.Fórmula:C8H16N2Pureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:140.23 g/mol2-{2-[(4-Fluorophenoxy)methyl]phenyl}-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolane

CAS:4-Fluoro-3-iodobenzonitrile is a deactivated aromatic compound that has been iodinated. The fluorine atom in this molecule is highly reactive and can be used to react with other molecules to form new compounds. 4-Fluoro-3-iodobenzonitrile is not toxic, but its reactions with other chemicals may produce toxic byproducts. This chemical belongs to the group of halogenated aromatic compounds, which are often used as solvents or disinfectants. Bromination of 4-fluoro-3-iodobenzonitrile produces 4-bromo-3,5,6,7,8,9,10-hexahydrobenzo[a]pyrene (BHP), a known carcinogenic agent.Fórmula:C7H3FINPureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:247.01 g/molRef: 3D-JGA71957

CAS:5-Nitro-2-(piperidine-1-yl)pyridine is a product that is formed by the nucleophilic addition of nitric acid to 1,3-diketones. It has been used in the synthesis of phenyl and isoxazole derivatives. The reaction was rationalized using amines as nucleophiles, which attack the electrophilic carbon atom in the ketone. This product has also been shown to be an effective nucleophile for attacking other molecules, such as azides and nitrates. In the Australian outback, 5-Nitro-2-(piperidine-1-yl)pyridine can be found in soils and plants.Fórmula:C10H13N3O2Pureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:207.23 g/mol8-Hydroxy-1H,2H,4H,5H-pyrano[3,4-c]chromen-5-one
