Descrição:3-(Dimethylamino)-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)propan-1-one hydrochloride is a crystalline solid with molecular formula C14H18N2O. It is soluble in chloroform and benzene, but insoluble in water. 3-(Dimethylamino)-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)propan-1-one hydrochloride has been used as a reagent for the preparation of 2,3-dichloroquinoline from methyl methacrylate and benzotriazole. This chemical can be used to study the interaction between dihedral angles and methyl methacrylate.
