Descripción:
Ácido acético, con el número CAS 64-19-7, es un compuesto orgánico líquido incoloro y de olor penetrante que es un componente clave del vinagre, contribuyendo a su sabor ácido y fuerte olor. Tiene una fórmula molecular de C2H4O2 y se clasifica como un ácido carboxílico debido a la presencia de un grupo carboxilo (-COOH).
