CAS:(S)-4,4-Dimethylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid (DMP) is an anti-cancer drug that has been shown to be effective against cancer cells. DMP is a prodrug that can be activated by enzymatic or chemical hydrolysis to form the active compound, 4,4-dimethylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid. This drug inhibits the growth of tumor cells by binding with DNA and RNA, which prevents transcription and translation of proteins. The binding also causes dimerization of protein molecules, which blocks cell division and eventually leads to cell death. The affinity of DMP for tumor cells is due to structural modifications in the nucleus that occur after activation. These modifications cause a change in the shape of the nuclear membrane and make it more permeable for DMP to enter the nucleus. DMP also activates cellular signal transducers that lead to apoptosis in cancer cells.Fórmula:C7H13NO2Pureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:143.18 g/mol3',5'-Dichloro-2,2-dimethylbutyrophenone

CAS:2,2-Dibromo-1-thiophen-2-yl-ethanone (DBTE) is a brominating agent that inhibits the growth of bacteria by interfering with the synthesis of DNA and RNA. DBTE has been shown to be active against resistant strains, including those that are resistant to controllers such as aminoglycosides and beta-lactams. DBTE is a yellow solid with a strong smell. The chemical formula for DBTE is C6H4Br2O2S. This compound can be synthesized by reacting bromine with 2,2-dibromoethanol in the presence of glycol.Fórmula:C6H4Br2OSPureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:283.97 g/mol1-(2-Methoxyphenyl)-3-methylpiperazine

CAS:2-Amino-5-nitrobenzenesulfonamide is a synthetic compound that is an inhibitor of the NS5B polymerase enzyme, which is part of the hepatitis C virus (HCV). It has been shown to be active against genotype 1 HCV. The chemical structure of 2-amino-5-nitrobenzenesulfonamide is similar to that of other unsymmetrical dialkyl sulfonamides, and it is classified as a class I NS5B polymerase inhibitor. 2-Amino-5-nitrobenzenesulfonamide can inhibit viral replication in vitro by inhibiting the activity of the HCV NS5B polymerase enzyme. It has also been shown to be effective against genotype 4 HCV in mice. In addition, this drug inhibits alkane biosynthesis in bacteria through competitive inhibition with a natural substrate (2-aminobenzothiazole) and analogs have beenFórmula:C6H7N3O4SPureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:217.2 g/mol(1,2-Benzothiazol-3-yl)methanamine hydrochloride

CAS:Versatile small molecule scaffoldFórmula:C6H4BrN3Pureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:198.02 g/molN,N-Dimethyl-o-toluidine
CAS:Dimethyl-o-toluidine is an aryl amine that can be used as an antimicrobial agent. It has been shown to have the highest redox potential of all the aryl amines and has been found to be effective against bacteria and fungi. Dimethyl-o-toluidine can also be used as a therapeutic drug in the treatment of insulin resistance, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the activity of enzymes that catalyze the formation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and nitric oxide (NO). This drug binds to amines, cationic polymerization, and physiological effects. Dimethyl-o-toluidine is rapidly metabolized by esterases in the blood and liver, meaning it does not accumulate in these organs. It is excreted from the body through urine or bile within 24 hours after administration.Fórmula:C9H13NPureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:135.21 g/mol3-Benzoylpropionitrile
