6x Gel Loading Dye, SDS+ is a pre-mixed loading buffer with two tracking dyes for agarose and non-denaturing poylacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The solution contains SDS which results in sharper bands as some restriction enzymes remain bound to DNA following cleavage.
