Cloridrato di tiamina, noto anche come vitamina B1, è una vitamina idrosolubile essenziale per il metabolismo dei carboidrati e la funzione neurale. È caratterizzato dalla sua apparente cristallina bianca ed è igroscopico, il che significa che può assorbire umidità dall'aria.
