PC945 (Opelconazole) is an antifungal compound that inhibits CYP51A/CYP51B and can be used to study fungal infections of the lungs.

Applications Castanospermine is a plant alkaloid shown to be a potent inhibitor of lysosomal a-or beta- glucosidase.
